Vyos Technology Sdn. Bhd was incorporated in 1999 and began full operations in the year 2004. It is a technology company that specializes in IT outsourcing, consultancy and software development. There are two revenue channels, namely its Enterprise IT Outsourcing business unit and its ATOM software business unit.

EIO is a subscription-based IT management package that works on the basis of the CTC (a Corporate Technology Centre situated within the reach of the subscribers) and the SCC (a Support Call Centre that the subscriber can call on anytime). ATOM on the other hand is a complete suite of software packages comprising of Accounting, Transportation, Operations & Management modules.

In the long term, the company aims to be the market leader of supply chain IT solutions in Asia Pacific. It aims to do so by listening closely to its clients and by constantly observing and adapting to changing industry trends.
