Vyos is a new and dynamic provider of e-business solutions. Our range of products and services include the Managed CTCs, Customized Business Automation Software, Warehouse Management System, Mobile System, Integrated Logistics Management System, Website Design and Deployment, Web Services, Electronics Payment Solutions, Content Provision, Virtual Private Networks, Digital Asset Management and Information Security.

Our core team comprises a group of excelling young gratuates in various fields including Computer Science, Marketing, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. We had developed a series of successful portfolios in specialist areas such as Logistics Management, Accounting, Parcel Tracking Management, Warehouse Management Systems, Human Resources Management and Digital Asset Management.

Our core product lines, the ATOM and the EIO, extensively over the next three years. As our ATOM product line is really a large package of four independent software (A ~ Accounts, T ~ Transportation, O ~ Operations and M ~ Management), we actually have 5 core R&D activities, comprising of Accounts (Financials), Transportation (Integrated Logistics Management System), Operations, Management and the EIO.

Our EIO is innovative and unique in the following defined operation process,

- CTC (Corporate Technology Center) is a proven concept that had been successfully set up with our major EIO customers, it is a service center that is situated on-site or within a nearby vicinity or our EIO customer's premises. It serves as a hub for customer's staff to request for IT services, repairs and all other activities related to EIO.

- SCC (Service Support Center) is a computerised call center specializing in EIO related areas. The SCC makes sure of sophisticated Service Tracking software along with an Expert System that helps our call-in customers wth their IT needs and woes.

- Shoen System - is a core to our EIO operations, It is a complete tracking system that provides control and visibility over the service provision process for EIO activities. All service logs are tracked in the system including walk-in to CTC and calls to SCC. Detailed reports are generated to gauge staff performances, status of work, customer satisfaction and lead times. Also included in the Shoen System is a IT health monitoring system that tracks the sustainability and working condition of customer's IT assets.
